On Wednesday afternoon the company was alerted for an engine and tower assist to Station 12 Aberdeen Proving Ground for a working building fire in a research laboratory. Engine 512 marked up with 8 covering 514 which was O.O.S and Tower 5 with 5. Once on scene Engine Co. 512s crew was sent up to the scene with bottles and tools ready to go to work. Tower 5s crew was placed in staging once they arrived. Crews from the Hose Company remained on scene for about an hour before returning to service.During this time Engine 514 returned to service. Also all divisions remained attended until Hose Company units cleared staffing 3 engine companies a rescue company mini pumper and the boats.Sorry no pictures will be posted due to security reasons
