Pierce Employee Marshall Brooks from Winsconsin visited Harford County Jan 26th thru the 29th to teach Operationaland maintenance on the new Tower. A total of 25 memebers of the Hose Co. attended in the total of 3 days. The cold played no factor for Marshall a Winsconsin cold lover that called this summer weather for him.
