pOn Thursday at 1147 hours the Hose Company and Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI at the intersection of Pulaski Highway amp Post Road.nbsp Chief 5 Engine 512 Engine 513 Rescue 5 amp Quint 5 marked up shortly alert.nbsp Chief 5 was first to arrive at 1149 hours with a two vehicle MVA involving a box truck and a passenger car with three patients.nbsp Shortly after his arrival command requested aviation for one patient a second medic unit and held the assignment to Engine 512 Engine 513 amp Rescue 5.nbsp Crews established patient care and began checking for hazards which proved negative.nbsp Hose Company crews remained on scene until the patients were transported and then cleared.nbsp Chief 5 Hurst held the quotPulaski Highwayquot command.p
