pnbspOn Monday at 1945 hours the Hose Company was alerted for a subject in the water in the area of 1 Concord Place. nbspChief 5-1 was first on scene with one holding on to a piling amp unable to exit the water. nbspMarine 552 was on scene shortly after amp pulled the subject from the water. nbspThe patient was then evaluated by Company 5-9 amp transported to a local hospital. nbspDuring this time command requested the Harford County Hazmat Team to ensure pollution mitigation from the fuel of the capsized vessel. nbspChief 5-1 Allers held the command.ppOther units on scene Safety 5 Utility 574p
