pOn Friday at 1733 hours the 595 North Rescue Box was struck for the reported crash with people trapped on northbound I-95 at milemarker 90.3.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Engine 512 Mini-Pumper 5 Quint 5 amp Rescue 5 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Chief 5 was first on scene with a car vs. box truck and diesel leaking from a saddle tank on the truck and immediately requested the Harford County Hazmat Team.nbsp Remaining units were on scene shortly after and began assessing the possible patients while also getting the spill in check.nbsp Both patients refused any care and the spill was quickly put in check.nbsp Crews remained on scene until the arrival of Hazmat personnel and then cleared.nbsp Chief 5 held the command.brp
