On Wednesday afternoon Company 5 was alerted for a pedestrian strucknbspby an automobile at Pulaski Highway and Lewis Lane.nbsp Engine 515 with a staffing of 5nbspRescue 551 with a staffing of 6 and Battalion Chief 5 called enroute shortly afternbspalert.nbsp After calling enroute dispatch advised units that a 12nbspyear old child had been struck and there was a paramedic from Company 1nbspon the scene requesting aviation.nbsp Rescue 551 was first to arrivenbspand assisted medical crews with the patient.nbsp Engine 515 arrivednbspshortly there after and set up a landing site for Trooper 1.
