COLLISION ON AMTRAK RAILS

SHCo crews handled an incident on the Amtrak rails, near Stancil Field, just before 430 this morning. Two pieces of track maintenance equipment collided, injuring two employees. SHCo crews had to package & remove one of the patients from the cab of the equipment, before they were transferred to awaiting EMS crews. One patient was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Trauma by Havre De Grace Ambulance Corps, while the other was transported to Harford Memorial Hospital by Aberdeen Fire Department, Inc. EMS.
