Just after 0900 this morning, the Hose Company was dispatched to investigate smoke in the area of Bulle Rock Parkway & Ferdinand Drive. As crews were investigating the area, dispatched advised they received another call reporting construction equipment on fire in the wooded area near Bulle Rock Parkway & Man O’War Place. Engine 515 confirmed that report, and stretched 300 feet of 3″, with a gated wye, to 250 feet of 1.75″. The crew quickly extinguished the fire and then began picking up. Crews were on scene for approximately one hour before returning to service. Chief 5 held the command.
