Just after 1730 hours, the 0501 Rescue Box was dispatched for the reported 10-50 PI Rescue in the 600 block of Otsego Street. Chief 5-1 was first on scene and reported a vehicle on its top with one trapped. Crews worked to stabilize the vehicle and then began removing both driver side doors and the B-post to extricate the patient. Extrication was completed within 15 minutes and the patient was then airlifted to Shock Trauma by Maryland State Police Medevac.
