pOn Monday at 1012 hours the 211 box was struck for 97nbspSmith Avenue bringing Company 2 Deputy Chief 5 Engine 512 w4 Lamana and Truck 1231.nbsp Dispatch advised all units they were receiving reports of an attic fire and that an Aberdeen Police Officer was on the scene with smoke showing.nbsp Engine 215 was first to arrive and advised of smoke showing from a one story single family.nbsp The Hose Company was then alerted for a second Engine as part of the Working Fire Dispatch which was handled by Engine 515 w4 Hurst.nbsp As Engine 512 was approaching the scene they were advised by command to lay in from Darlington Avenue however interior then advised the fire had been knocked.nbsp Upon arrival Engine 512s crew assumed RIT and were committed for approximately 15 minutes before clearing the scene.nbsp Engine 515 was diverted to Company 2 House 1 for approximately 15 minutes and then cleared as well.p
