On Saturday, November 23rd, Susquehanna Hose Company members and local government officials gathered at SHCo Division 1 for a dedication ceremony, marking the completion of renovations to the fire house.
We’d like to send a special thank you to Harford County Government County Executive Bob Cassilly, Harford County Council President Pat Vincenti, Jacob Bennett, Harford County Councilman, City of Havre de Grace Mayor Bill Martin, Havre de Grace Council President Jimmy Ringsaker, Harford County Department of Emergency Services Deputy Director Mike Brunicke, Harford County Volunteer Fire & EMS Association President John Gallagher, Harford County Chief Officers Liaison Chairman Rudolf Walter IV, Harford County Capital Projects Barkley Shillman Creighton & Todd Shackelford, and Harford County Office of Budget & Management Research Kim Spence for their attendance and support.
Also a special thank you to the Division 1 Building Committee and to SHCo Firefighter Marie-Elena Carroll, for all their hard work and dedication.
The firehouse looks great and will help serve the community for many years to come.
