pSeven minutes after the midnight hour the Hose Company and Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Lewis Lane.nbsp Shortly after the initial alert dispatch upgraded the assignment to a 10-50 PI with subjects reported trapped.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 w10 Engine 513 w3 Quint 5 w8 Rescue 5 w7 and Tower 5 w4 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Engine 512 Goll was first to arrive at 0014 hours with a two vehicle MVA and advised of one patient trapped.nbsp Rescue 5 was next to arrive and crews quickly went to work stabilizing the vehicle establishing patient care pulling a one and 34quot handline and began popping the drivers door of a SUV with Rescue 5s maverick tool.nbsp Remaining units checked for hazards and established patient care in vehicle 2.nbsp Extrication was completed by 0021 hours and crews began to wrap up.nbsp Hose Company units were on scene until the patients were transported to a Baltimore Trauma Center and then cleared.nbsp Chief 5 Hurst held the quotPulaski Highwayquot command.p
