pOn Wednesday atnbsp1132 hours the Hose Company and Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI in the 300 block of South Union Avenue.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 w5 Lamana and Rescue 5 w5 Carroll marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Chief 5-2nbspwas first to arrive at 1135 hoursnbspwith a two vehicle MVA advisednbsphe had one trapped and requested the Rescue Assignment.nbsp Engine 512s crew quickly created a purchase point on the drivers door with a bar and began popping the door with Rescue 5s combi-tool.nbsp Extrication was completed quickly and the patient was then loaded in Paramedic 591.nbsp Hose Company crews remained on scene until the patient was transported and then cleared.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 Packard held the quotSouth Union Avenuequot command.p
