On Thursday morning 1028 hours the Hose Company was alerted to respond two engines and assist on the second alarm house fire with subjects trapped in the 3400 block of Phildelphia Road. Engine 512 and Engine 514 marked up 1030 hours arrived the scene 1043 hours. Engine 512 remained on the scene until 1247 hours and Engine 514 remained on the scene until 1521 hours. Medic 491 was first to arrive 1026 hours with heavy fire showing from a 3 story dwelling with multiple subjects trapped requested the 2nd alarm assignment. Several Harford County Sheriff Deputies were able to pull an elderly male in cardiac arrest from the first floor however was pronounced a priority 4 Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Three children and an additional adult female were also found in the residence by crews however all were pronounced priority 4. Crews from Bel AirCo.3 AberdeenCo.2 AbingdonCo.4 the Hose Company JoppaCo.8 and Aberdeen Proving Ground Fire DepartmentStation 12 Edgewood worked on the scene for several hours.
