On Monday evening the Hose Company was alerted for an engine to transfer to Cecil County Station 72 while their units were working on a working barn fire. Engine 515 with 7 volunteers marked up shortly after alert. The Engine traveled across the Susquehanna River and arrived Station 72 shortly after calling enroute. After arriving Station 72 Engine 515 was alerted as part of a box alarm at 18 Main Street in the 800 box area. Cecil County dispatch advised the units enroute that the caller reported smoke inside the structure. Engine 914 who was covering Station 8 was first to arrive with nothing showing. Upon entering the structure Engine 914s crew found smoke conditions on the interior and requested the next arriving engine to bring them a line. Engine 515 was the third arriving engine and was instructed by command to begin opening up the interior. Crews found a small electrical fire in the walls and quickly put a knock on it before any extension. Crews then began wracking up and cleared. After clearing Engine 515 returned to Station 72 and remained there until approximately 0200 hours.Also during this time Engine 512 was alerted to relocate to Cecil County Station 8. Engine 512 marked up immediately after alert and remained at Station 8 until approximately 0300 hours.
