On Monday at 0814 hours the Hose Company was alerted for the 10-50 PI on West bound Pulaski Highway on the Hatem Bridge. Chief 5-2 Engine 512 w5 and Rescue 5 w5 marked up shortly after alert. Cecil County Chief 6-1 was first to arrive as Stations 6 16 were dispatched as part of the dual dispatch to find a two vehicle MVA involving two dump trucks. Rescue 5 Engine 512 were next to arrive established patient care and began checking for hazards. Crews put a minor spill in check and cleared the scene after both occupants refused patient care. Cecil County Chief 6 Beard held the Pulaski Highway command.
