On Saturday morning at approximately 1050 hours the Hose Company was alerted for the truck fire on southbound Interstate 95 in the area of Exit 89. Engine 512 and Engine 515 marked up shortly after alert and were advised by dispatch that they received several reports of a box truck on fire. Engine 112 who was initially alerted for the assignment was first to arrive with fire showing from the bread truck on southbound Interstate 95 just south of the Millard Tydings Bridge. Engine 512 Engine 515 arrived shortly after and began putting a knock on it. Crews made quick work of the fire and cleared shortly after. Captain 5-5 Hurst held the Interstate 95 command.
