Engine Company 512, with 8 volunteers, covered North East Fire Company yesterday, while their members attended the funeral services for Firefighter Noah Day. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Day Family and the North East Fire Company.

During their transfer assignment, Engine 512 was dispatched as the second due Engine Company for the reported garage fire, on Wilson Road, in Station 8’s first due. Crews arrived on scene with fire showing from the detached garage, with exposure to the dwelling. The bulk of the fire was quickly knocked & crews checked for extension.
