pOn Wednesday at 1858 hours the 212 box was struck for 116 S Philadelphia Boulevard for fire reported from the roof.nbsp Engine 512 w4 Ryan amp Engine 514 w5 Sampson marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Chief 12-2 Smith was first to arrive at 1859 hours with smoke showing from a 1 story restaurant Szechuan Inn.nbsp Engine 211 was next to arrive at 1904 hours confirmed the same and found fire in the kitchen area with extension to the roof.nbsp Engine 514 arrived as the second due engine at 1906 hours and laid a 5quot supply line from the plug at Bel Air Avenue amp Philadelphia Boulevard.nbsp Engine 512 arrived as the third due engine also at 1906 hours and was advised by command to report to the scene.nbsp After laying in Engine 514s crew reported to the interior to open up while Engine 512s crew assumed the duties of the outside vent team.nbsp Crews made quick work of the fire and command placed the box under control at 1937 hours.nbsp The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the Maryland State Fire Marshals Office.nbsp Battalion Chief 2-1 Budnick held the quotSouth Philadelphia Boulevardquot command.p
