Just before 0700 this morning, the Hose Company was alerted to respond an Engine as part of the 2nd alarm assignment for the reported house fire in North East (Cecil Co) on Susquehannock Blvd. First arriving crews reported a dwelling well involved and transmitted a 2nd alarm.
