On Friday at 1228 hours the Hose Company was alerted for an Engine as part of the Cecil County 2nd Alarm house fire in the 1000 block of Bainbridge Road. nbspEngine 512 w4 Bannon marked up shortly after alert. nbspUpon their arrival Engine 512s crew reported to the roof to open up along with Engine 11s crew. nbspThe crew quickly preformed vertical ventilation and command then advised crews would be transitioning to a defensive operation. nbspThe crew then transitioned back to Engine Company ops and began flowing water. nbspAfter the bulk of the fire was knocked down the crew reported to division two to check for extension. nbspExtension was found behind the knee walls which was knocked by Engine 8s crew. nbspEngine 512 remained on scene until approximately 1500 hours and then cleared.
