pOn Saturday evening members and distinguished guests gathered at the Level Volunteer Fire Companys Banquet Hall for the 2008-2009 Hose Company banquet.nbsp Members and guests enjoyed a dinner prepared by the Level Ladies Auxiliary a video presentation by Fastest Volunteer Productions and an awards ceremony.nbsp Several awards were presented by the Board and Chiefs which included the Record Firefighter of the Year and the SHCo Firefighter of the Year.nbsp Chaplain Frank Roth was presented with the Record Firefighter of the Year for all his hard work and dedication as being the Companys Chaplain as well as a firefighter at House 5.nbsp Assistant Chief Wayne Carroll was presented with the SHCo Firefighter of the Year for all of his hard work and dedication as a Chief of the Company.nbsp Congratulations goes out to both of these men.nbsp Also included in the evenings awards were the Chiefs awards.nbsp Each division received a Chiefs award and the following members were awarded Lieutenant 5-1 Ron Cardwell Lieutenant 5-2 Billy Lamana Safety Officer 5-3 Mark Gorham Firefighter Jim Simpers and Captain 5-5 Shawn Hurst.nbsp Following the presentation of the Chiefs awards Treasurer Steve Gamatoria was inducted in to the HarfordCecil Hall of Fame for his many years of service with the Susquehanna Hose Company and the county.nbsp The Board and Chiefs then made a presentation of two AEDs to the City and County.nbsp One of the new AEDs will be installed at the Havre de Grace Senior Center on Lewis Lane.nbsp The evening continued with installation of the administrative and fire line officers and also several proclamations by local politicians.nbsp The evening then concluded with the dance portion of the banquet which was put on by DJ Jeff Thompson.ppThe Officers and Members of the Susquehanna Hose Company would like to thank all for attending and also send special thanks to the Level Volunteer Fire Company DJ Jeff Thompson and Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company Engine 315 who covered the Hose Companys first due during the banquet.ppPhotos courtesy of Nicole Munchel – Aegis Staffp
