pOn Saturday at 1121 hours the 504 Fire Box was struck for the reported house fire at 116 Seneca Avenue. nbspDispatch advised all units that they originally received the call as a 911 hangup and that HPD was on scene with smoke showing. nbspChief 5 was on scene at 1125 hours with fire showing from the one-story duplex amp requested the working fire dispatch. nbspThe first two Engine crews 514 amp 512 stretched two pre-connected handlines amp began knocking fire while searches were underway multiple ladders were being thrown horizontal amp vertical ventilation was being conducted utilities were being controlled amp RIT was established. nbspThe fire was knocked shortly after units were on scene and several pets were found during searches some of which were transported to a local vet. nbspHose Company crews were committed on scene for approximately 90 minutes before returning to service. nbspThe cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the Maryland State Fire Marshals Office.ppOther units on scene Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Engine 511 Engine 513 Engine 515 Quint 535 Tower 531 Rescue 551 Mini-Pumper 545 Chief 2 Engine 214 Engine 112 Medic 593p
