pSusquehanna Hose Company awarded three firefighters of the Month for May.nbsp Lt. Melana Carroll and Jim Simpers received the award for Division 4 for all their extra duties performed in the month.nbsp Melana and Jim spent two days at the firehouse doing fire prevention and tours for the local schools.nbsp Jim and Melana also spent numerous hours around town selling extra raffle tickets for the SHCO fundraiser at Bill Batemans on May 30.nbsp Lt.nbspScottnbspPentz also received thenbspaward fornbspprojects he has been working onnbspfor the Chief and President the lastnbspthree months.nbsp Scott updated ournbspFirefighters onnbspthe Year plaques that is displayed at our House 4.nbspnbsp He then updated our Past Presidents and Past Chiefs plaques alsonbspdisplayed at our House 4.nbsp The Presidents Plaque was a new purchase that displays the names andnbspyears of allnbspSHCO Presidents since SHCOsnbspinception.nbsp This was anbspvery tedious job that required alotnbspof research.nbsp Congratulations to Jim Melana and Scott for a jobnbspwell done.nbspp
