pOn Wednesday at 2119 hours the rescue box was struck for the 1700 block of Pulaski Highway in the 542 box area.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Engine 512 Engine 513 Engine 515 Rescue 5 amp Tower 5 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Dispatch advised all units that they were receiving reports that a vehicle had struck a parked backhoe and that one occupant was trapped.nbsp Units arrived shortly after confirmed the same and starting going to work.nbsp Engine 512s crew and Rescue 5s crew stabilized the vehicle and began working with the maverick tool and o-cutters at the same time.nbsp Part of Engine 512s crew also placed a 1 34quot handline in service for protection.nbsp Both driver side doors and the B post were removed and the patient was then extricated.nbsp Hose Company crews remained on scene until transport of the patient and then cleared.nbsp Chief 5 Hurst held the quotPulaski Highwayquot command.p
