nbspOn Friday at 1606 hours the Hose Company amp Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway 541 box. nbspChief 5-2 Engine 512 Engine 513 Engine 514 Quint 5 amp Tower 5 marked up shortly after alert. nbspChief 5-2 was first on scene at 1608 hours with a multiple vehicle crash in the eastbound lane. nbspShortly after his arrival command requested the rescue box for one trapped. nbspRemaining were on scene shortly after and quickly went to work stabilizing the vehicle pulling a line for cover amp then began removing the roof for extrication. nbspThe patient was extricated at 1620 hours and then transported by Medic 591. nbspA second patient was also transported by Company 5-9. nbspDeputy Chief 5 Goll Jr held the command.
