pOn Sunday at 1312 hours the 555 Rescue Box was struck for Route 155 Level Road and Interstate 95.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-2 Engine 511 Engine 512 Engine 515 Rescue 5 and Tower 5 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Dispatch advised all units that they were receiving multiple reports of a two vehicle MVA with three patients one of which was trapped.nbsp Engine 511 was first to arrive at 1312 hours and confirmed the same.nbsp Engine 515 was next to arrive at 1317 hours and quickly went to work stabilizing the vehicle and beginning extrication.nbsp Remaining units arrived shortly after assisted with extrication and checked for remaining hazards.nbsp Command advised extrication was complete at 1328 hours and the patient was then transported to a Baltimore Area Trauma Center.nbsp Hose Company crews remained on scene until 1355 hours and then cleared.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 Packard held the quotLevel Roadquot command.p
