On Wednesday at 1504 hours the 557 Fire Box was struck for the reported house fire at 2002 Chapel Road. nbspChief 1 was first on scene with smoke showing from a house trailer with all occupants outside and requested the Working Fire Dispatch. nbspEngine 515 was next on scene stretched a pre-connected 1.75 crosslay and found fire on the charlie side extending above the ceiling. nbspAs Engine 515s crew began knocking fire Engine 512 was next on scene and reported to the interior to assist opening up while also pulling a second handline. nbspCrews found fire extending the length of the void space which was quickly knocked down. nbspTower 5 was on scene shortly after and went to the roof to perform vertical ventilation. nbspCommand reported the fire under control approximately 15 minutes after units were on scene. nbspCrews from Engine 514 Utility 571 Engine 113 amp Engine 211 continued to open up hitting hot spots. nbspAll units were clear of the scene at approximately 1700 hours. nbspChief 5-1 Allers held the command.pp
