pOn Saturday at 0041 hours the 502 Fire Rescue box was struck for the reported house fire with people trapped at 123 S Union Avenue. nbspChief 5-1 was first on scene at 0045 hours with fire showing from the alpha side of the three story single family and reported all occupants were accounted for. nbspEngine 512 was next on scene at 0046 hours with their own hydrant amp placed two lines in service one 2.5 amp one 1.75. nbspAfter the bulk of the fire on the alpha side was knocked with the 2.5 the crew made the push with the 1.75 and found fire on the first floor with extension to the two floors above. nbspEngines 513 514 515 211 213 Quint 5 amp Tower 5 were on scene shortly after and began carrying out duties assigned which included placing additional lines in service ladders ventilation amp RIT. nbspCrews worked until approximately 0245 hours opening up on all three floors amp hitting hot spots at which point command Chief 5 began releasing units.
