pOn Sunday at 1735 hours the Hose Company amp Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI on the westbound side of the Hatem Bridge US Route 40.nbsp Chief 5-1 Engine 511 w6 Hurst acting E515 ampnbsp Rescue 5 w5 Sampson marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Hose Company units proceeded eastbound in the westbound lane and were first to arrive with a five vehicle MVA.nbsp Crews quickly established patient care amp began checking for hazards where they found a total of 10 patients 7 sign offs 3 transports.nbsp Crews remained on scene until the patients were transported to a local hospital and then cleared.nbsp Chief 5-1 Carroll held the quotPulaski Highwayquot command.p
