On Saturday morning the Hose Company was alerted for a report of a gas leak inside in the 400 block of Market Street.nbsp Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 Engine 513 Engine 514 Engine 515 Mini-Pumper 545 Rescue 551 amp Tower 531 called enroute shortly after alert.nbsp Dispatch advised all units that caller advised their basement had flooded and the hot water heater was now giving off an odor of natural gas.nbsp Engine 512 was first to arrive with nothing evident however then ugpraded to an odor inside.nbsp Remaining units arrived shortly after and began investigating the residence.nbsp Crews came to find a flooded basement which started a leak of fuel oil.nbsp Command held Mini-Pumper 545 amp Rescue 551 on the scene to clean up the oil.nbsp While crews were working on cleaning the basement command requested a HazMat representative and the Maryland Department of the Environment to respond.nbsp Crews remained on the scene until the other agencies arrived.
