pFirefighter Jack McLhinney who has over 60 years of active service with the Hose Company served as the Grand Marshal for the Havre de Grace Independence Day Parade on July 5th.ppJack McLhinney was born July 28 1926. He attended elementary school until the 6supthsup grade. His father Walter was the assistant chief of the Susquehanna Hose Company from 1939-51 and this sparked Jackrsquos interest in the fire company.
