On Wednesday morning Chief Hurst was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation from Aberdeen Proving Ground Colonel Weissman Command Sergeant Major Rodriguez and Major Petraitis for our efforts on March 5th 2008 involving a fire at a critical research and development laboratory. The Hose Company responded two engines and Tower 5 with a total of 27 volunteers to the scene. The Hose Company would like to extend a special thanks to Aberdeen Proving Ground Fire Chief Ed Budnick and the Aberdeen Proving Ground Fire Department for their continued support.
