pThe Susquehanna Hose Company recently presented its five incentive program firefighters of the year.nbsp These individuals were chosen by receiving Firefighter of the Month within the past year and also by being nominated by the Chief Officers and the Division Officers.nbsp ppFirefighter Buddy Schweers is the Incentive Program Firefighter of the Year for Division 1.nbsp Buddy was chosen for his hard work and dedication on maintaining our statistics for fire calls LOSAP and responses.nbsp Buddy is also a member of the MSFA Executive Committee and attends numerous meetings.nbsp Buddy is also a Top 10 responder with the SHCo.ppVice President Fred Cullum is the Incentive Program Firefighter of the Year for Division 2.nbsp Fred is the Vice President of the SHCo and also serves on the Board of Directors.nbsp Fred takes care of issuing and handling all issues with the SHCo pagers.nbsp Fred is also a Top 5 responder with the SHCo.ppFirefighter Keith Beckley is the Incentive Program Firefighter of the Year for Division 3.nbsp Keith puts many hours in to the Companys Information Technology Committee.nbsp He maintains and upgrades the Companys server and computer system and is also an active driver of Engine Company 513.ppFirefighter Brett Wilson is the Incentive Program Firefighter of the Year for Division 4.nbsp Brett received Firefighter of the Month twice over the past year once for assisting the Chief and Division 4 officers with numerous tasks and for being part of a life saving crew on Engine Company 512.nbsp Brett also maintains the kiosk board at Division 4 for the Chief and is also a Top 10 responder with the SHCo.ppFirefighter Tom Phelan is the Incentive Program Firefighter of the Year for Division 5.nbsp Tom completes many tasks assigned to him by the Chief and his Division Officers.nbsp Tom also maintains the Companys key fob system and also handles numerous fund raisers for Division 5.nbsp Tom is also a Top 10 responder with the SHCo.ppThese members were also the first to receive the companys new challenge coins which is part of the incentive program.nbsp Congratulations to all Incentive Program Firefighters of the Year for their hard work and dedication.p
