Marine 5 was dispatched at 1943 this evening, for the report of a subject in the Susquehanna River in the area of Owens Landing (Perryville). Utility 571 marked up immediately, with four personnel, and called enroute to the City Park for the Fire-Rescue Boat. Marine 5 was underway at 1947, when they were advised by Cecil County Chief 6 that there were now two victims in the water. Marine 5 located & pulled both victims from the water at 1952 & then transported the victims to shore, where EMS was awaiting their arrival.
Nine minutes from time of dispatch, until the victims were pulled from the river. Excellent job by all crews involved.
