On Friday at 0155 hours the Hose Company was alerted for the 10-50 PI on northbound Interstate 95 at the 90.0 mile marker. Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 515 w8 and Rescue 5 w4 marked up shortly after alert. Chief 5-2 was first to arrive with a vehicle vs. tractor trailer on the right shoulder. Command then held the assignment to Engine Company 515 and the two chiefs. Engine 515 arrived shortly after and put a minor spill in check. Paramedic 592 handled one patient refusal and units cleared shortly after. Chief 5-1 Carroll had the Interstate 95 command.
