On Tuesday morning at approximately 0747 hours the Hose Company was alerted for a 10-50 PI at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Lewis Lane. By 0749 hours Chief 5-1 Engine 512 Engine 515 Rescue 551 and Tower 531 were on the street. Chief 5-1 was first to arrive and advised of a two vehicle collision with one injured. Chief 5-1 then advised to hold the response to Engine 512 and return all others. Engine 512 arrived shortly after established patient care and removed all hazards. Hose Company units remained on the scene until the arrival of Ambulance 592 and then cleared. Chief 5-1 Hurst had the Pulaski Highway command.
