pOn Wednesday afternoon the Hose Company was alerted for a 10-50 PI at the intersection of Pulaski Highway amp Lewis Lane.nbsp Chief 5-2 Engine 512 Engine 513 Engine 515 amp Rescue 551 called enroute shortly after alert.nbsp Dispatch advised all units they were receiving reports that a motorcycle had rear-ended a pickup truck and the operator of the motorcycle had serious injuries.nbsp Units arrived and confirmed those initial reports amp requested aviation to the scene.nbsp Hose Company crews assisted with packaging the patient and removed all hazards.nbsp The patient was then transported to the hospital by Trooper 6p
