At approximately 1710 the Susquehanna Hose Company was alertednbsp to assist Company 1 with a water rescue.nbsp Dispatch advised Chief 5-2 that there was a kayak overturned with 1 subject in the water in the area of the Susquehanna River and Rock Run landing.nbsp Chief 5-2 was first to arrive and advised that there was 1 subject in the water stranded on a rock in the area of Rock Run landing.nbsp Marine unit 552 launched from Havre de Grace and headed North up the Susquehanna while Dive Unit 585 and Marine unit 553 launched from the Lapidum Landing.nbsp However before any fire personnel could reach the subject another kayak in the area was able to rescue the subject off the rock and return him to safety.BRBROther units on scene E111 Ambulance 192 Air Unit 161 Squad 151 Brush 941 Marine unit 952 Car 900 Marine unit 953 Cecil Marine unit 771 and Cecil Marine unit 772
