On Monday afternoon at 1335 hours Chief 5 rolled up on a 10-50 PI in front of Company 5 House 2 at the intersection of Union Avenue and Pennington Avenue. The Fastest Volunteers were alerted at 1337 hours bringing Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 Engine 515 Rescue 5 and Tower 5. Shortly after alert command advised Engine 512 and Rescue 5 would be able to handle. Hose Company units arrived shortly after established patient care and began checking for any hazards. After all was said and done a total of five patients were transported by IV 591 IV 592 and Medic 292. Hose Company crews remained on scene until 1408 hours and then cleared. Chief 5 Hurst had the Union Avenue command.
