pOn Sunday at 1203 hours the Hose Company and Company 5-9 were alerted for the 10-50 PI on Superior Street next to Sparkles Laundry.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 Engine 515 Rescue 5 and Tower 5 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Dispatch advised all units that they were receiving reports of a two vehicle MVA with one vehicle in to a house.nbsp Chief 5 was first to arrive confirmed the same and established the quotSuperior Streetquot command.nbsp Command then instructed incoming units to assist with patient care and check the vehicles and dwelling for any hazards.nbsp A minor fuel spill was found and was quickly put in a check.nbsp Also during this time command requested aviation for one patient and also the County Building Inspector to the scene.nbsp Hose Company crews remained on scene until the patient was transported to the helipad and then cleared.nbsp Chief 5 Hurst held the quotSuperior Streetquot command.p
