pOn Tuesday at 0027 hours the 506 Rescue box was struck for the reported MVA with people trapped at the intersection of Superior Street Route 155 and Ohio Street.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Engine 512 Lamana Engine 515 Pentz Quint 5 Hurst Rescue 5 Triplett and Tower 5 Wallernbspspan fcktemp1spanmarked up shortly after alert.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Engine 512 amp Medic 591 were first on scene at 0031 hours and advised of one vehicle off the roadway with two trapped.nbsp Remaining units arrived shortly after set up stabilization cribbing ampnbspspan fcktemp1spanstruts placed a pre-connected handline in service and began a roof flap.nbsp While crews were working on extrication command requested aviation for two priority one category A patients.nbsp Extrication was complete approximately 15 minutes after arrival and the patients were then loaded in to Trooper 1 amp Trooper 2.nbsp Crews remained on scene until the patients were transported to Shock Trauma and then cleared.nbsp Deputy Chief 5 Goll Jr held the Superior Streetnbspspan fcktemp1spancommand.brp
