pOn Wednesday at 1720 hours the Rescue box was struck for the intersection of Ohio Street amp Ontario Street in the 506 box area.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-2 Engine 511 Engine 512 Rescue 5 amp Tower 5 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Dispatch advised all units that they were receiving reports of one overturned with one trapped.nbsp Chief 5 was first to arrive with a three vehicle MVA with one overturned however all occupants had been extricated before his arrival.nbsp Engine 512 amp Tower 5 were next to arrive at which time command held the assignment to the units on the scene.nbsp Engine 512 amp Tower 5s crew checked for hazards which proved negative and remained on scene until the patient was transported by Company 5-9.nbsp Chief 5 Hurst held the quotOhio Streetquot command.p
