On Wednesday morning at 0651 Company 5 was alerted for a motornbsp vehicle accident with entrapment on Superior Street Rt 155 atnbsp Maryland Avenue.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-2 Battalion Chief 5nbsp Enginenbsp 512 Engine 515 and Rescue 551 all called enroute withinnbsp 2nbsp minutes of being alerted.nbsp Chief 5-2 was first to arrivenbsp andnbsp advised there was a 2 vehicle head-on collision with 1 subjectnbsp trapped.nbsp Engine 512 was 2nd to arrive followed bynbsp Engine 515 andnbsp Rescue 551.nbsp Crews preformed a door pop dash roll and roof flapnbsp and extricated the patient within 10nbsp minutes.nbsp The patient wasnbsp then transported by Medevac to thenbsp hosiptal.
