On Thursday morning at 10 minutes after 0900 the Hose Company was alerted for the 10-50 PI Rescue on Lapdium Road just off Route 155. Chief 5-2 Engine 512 Engine 515w6 Tower 5 and Rescue 5 marked up shortly after alert. Chief 5-2 was first to arrive and advised of a single vehicle vs. tree with 3 patients however no one was trapped and advised Engine 515 could handle. Engine 515 arrived shortly after established patient care and removed all hazards. Chief 5-2 and the Engine Company remained on scene until the patients were loaded and then cleared. Chief 5-2Allers had the Lapidum Road command.Just as units cleared the 555 box dispatch put out the 152 fire box 340 Quaker Hill Road. Chief 5-2 Engine 515w6 marked up immediately. Dispatch advised those units that the caller reported a fire in the chimney. Engine 515 was first to arrive with nothing evident from a single story dwelling. Crews made their way to the basement to find a smoking chimney pipe however the fire was out. Crews wet down the area involved with a PW extinguisher and then cleared. Chief 1 Gallion had the Quaker Hill Road command.
