pOn Tuesday at 0805 hours the 595 Rescue Box was struck for Northbound Interstate 95 in the area of the Millard Tydings Bridge.nbsp Chief 5 Chief 5-1 Chief 5-2 Quint 5 Rescue 5 ampnbspspan fcktemp1spanMini-Pumper 5 marked up shortly after alert.nbsp Chief 5-2 was first on scene with an overturned tanker truck off the roadway just prior to the bridge.nbsp After a quick investigation it was found that the driver had self extricated however the tanker was leaking approximately 4400 gallons of diesel fuel.nbsp Remaining units were on scene shortly after as command requested the Harford County Hazmat Team the Maryland Department of the Environment ampnbspspan fcktemp1spana 2nd transport unit for a second vehicle involved.nbsp Crews established patient care amp began spreading absorbent to contain the spill.nbsp Also during this time command requested Marine 552 to check the shoreline under the bridge for any spilled product.nbsp Crews remained on scene for several hours assisting the Hazmat Team amp MDE before clearing.brppCommand Chief 5brppOther Unitsnbspspan fcktemp1spanCompany 5-9 Paramedic 1 Cecil Station 6 amp Cecil Station 7brp
