On Thursday at 1705 hours the Hose Company was alerted for the 10-50 PI on southbound Interstate 95 at mile marker 90.6. Chief 5 Chief 5-2 Engine 515 and Rescue 5 marked up shortly after alert. Chief 5 was first to arrive at 1710 hours and advised of a multiple vehicle MVA with an overturned tractor trailer. Engine 515 and Rescue 5 arrived shortly after established patient care and began checking for hazards. While crews were working command requested the Harford County HazMat Team for a pump off of the saddle tanks. Command then held the assignment to Rescue 5 and Cecil County Rescue 6 until the arrival of the HazMat Team. Crews remained on scene until 2038 hours and then cleared. Chief 5 Hurst had the Interstate 95 command.
