Just before 130pm, Chief 5 rolled up on a two vehicle crash, with one trapped, at the intersection of Pulaski Highway & Ontario Street. Crews quickly stabilized the vehicle & popped the front passenger door, freeing the occupant. All those involved refused transport by EMS.
