On Saturday morning, Chief 5 and a crew from House 5 took the Quint to visit Zach Meehan, the son of Susquehanna Hose Company & Division 5 life member Tony Meehan. Zach was involved in a skateboarding accident on August 31st and was flown to Shock Trauma as a result. Zach has been recovering well, so the SHCo decided to pay him a surprise visit today. Zach was treated with bossing the Quint on a ride through his neighborhood & also received some SHCo memorabilia. We’d like to send continued well wishes to Zach and the Meehan family and we look forward to receiving those apparatus response videos from Zach in the near future.
