SHCo crews quickly extinguished two small shed fires, at the dead end of Webb Lane, this afternoon. One civilian was evaluated by Harford County Department of Emergency Services EMS, but later refused transport to the hospital. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal.
